Signed as a free agent 10/2/86... Led the Warriors in three-point field goals made with 66 of 168 (39%). Third on the team in free throw percentage... In 1986, became the only player ever to play for four teams in one season - Seattle, San Antonio, New Jersey and Chicago... Honorable mention all-America as a senior at Fresno State.

Even a scoring champion knows the value of defense. Curry had 11 games with at least three steals in 2017-18, and the Warriors posted a 9-2 record in those contests. Showing his energy spent on defense didn't take anything away on offense, the two-time MVP averaged 26.6 points in those games.

Tom Gola

Tom returns to the Warriors this season after a hitch in the Army. In 1955-56, he was the sparkplug of the squad and a big reason why Philly won the N.B.A. Crown. Before joining the "play for pay boys" Tom was the finest all around college performer and led his team to the NCAA title.
