The Bulls looked like a model franchise when they broke into the NBA in 1966-67 with 33 wins, the most ever by a first-year expansion team, and earned NBA Playoff berths in eight of their first nine NBA seasons. The team then fell from favor, however, missing the postseason in seven of nine seasons, but after back-to-back NBA titles in 1991 and 1992, Chicago is once again the envy of the NBA. DID YOU KNOW? The 1992 NBA Champion Bulls set an NBA Playoff record for fewest rebounds in a seven-game series with 248 against the Knicks. The shortest game in Bulls history was a 105-91 victory over the Houston Rockets that took just 1:42 on December 2, 1978. SCORECARD. On January 19, 1977, Bulls guard Norm Van Lier made the longest shot in franchise history, an 84-foot heave against the San Antonio Spurs.
