Gord Murphy

Murphy, who played for the Panthers since the franchise's inception in '93-94, has made his mark in Florida as an excellent two-way player and valuable skater on the power play, either serving at the point or killing a disadvantage.

In the Panthers' brief history, Murphy stands third on the club's all-time list in games played with 410 and fifth in paints scored with 142.

Hugh Jessiman

Jessiman is evidently a highly coveted player. He was drafted early in the first round (12th overall) by the Rangers in 2003. Then the Predators wanted him on their side, trading for the right winger in 2008. In 2010, the Blackhawks brought him aboard before the Panthers pried him away via another trade.
