After leading the Oilers in goals last season, Petr caught a trade wind to the Warmer clime of Tampa Bay. Our most pressing need for the (93-94) season was to add speed and goal-scoring ability to our offense," said Lightning President and GM Phil Esposito. "In Petr Klima, we addressed both needs. He has scored 30 (or more) goals in six of his eight NHL seasons."
