Willie Wood

The Packers' leading interceptor in 1970, Willie was named to The Sporting News NFC All-Star Team and the UPI NFC All-Star Second Team last year. Noted for his 50-yard pass interception in the 1966 Super Bowl, he led the NFL in punt returns in 1961, was second in that department in 1962 and 1963, and led the Packers in 1965, 1967 and 1970. A quarterback and defensive halfback at USC, he is rated as the surest tackler on the squad. Willie has played in All-Star games following the past eight seasons.

Willie is a member of the President's Council for Youth Fitness.
