Emmanuel Rivera

Emmanuel was given the nickname "El Pulpo" (The Octopus) during his formative years because of his skill with the glove. Rivera displayed his defensive acumen at both corner infield spots with the Marlins in 2024 while also showing off his clutch-hitting chops. He produced a game-winning, pinch-hit single in the bottom of the 10th inning on May 12.

Fetched in the 2024 deadline trade that sent Jazz Chisholm Jr. to the Yankees, Agustín has earned All-Star recognition at three levels of the farms. The compactly built backstop specializes in hard contact and takes an aggressive approach to baserunning. He opened 2025 at Triple-A Jacksonville ranked as Baseball America's number three Marlins prospect.
