Designations can be found on the card, such as #Trophy (or #ToppsAllStarTrophy specifically) when a trophy is depicted on the card, or could be from other sources, such as #HallofFame for players in the Hall of Fame for their sport. #Venezuela or #Japan can be used to designate players born in different countries. #Variation, #ErrorCard and #CorrectedCard can be used for alternate versions of the same card. #ShortPrint and #SuperShortPrint could be used to designate a perception of scarcity.

A hashtag group dedicated to designating a player's nationality, or birth place.

Names of subsets within a main set. Card types in the CCM tend to be very general, for example 'Great Moments' is used as a general type to describe a subset the brand may call 'Highlights', 'Record Setters', 'Everyday Heroes', 'Encore', 'History In The Making', so we will hashtag these to get more specific, examples: #Highlights, #RecordSetters, "EverydayHeroes'. Likewise, 'Leader' cards could be hashtagged (if so designated by the brand) as #LeagueLeaders, #AllTimeLeaders, #SecondHalfLeaders, etc.
