Discovery Plaza is the 1000 square foot forecourt leading to the Card Cyber Museum - a daily exhibition of 60 sports cards waiting to be discovered beneath your feet! Inspired by the forecourt of the TCL Chinese Theatre in Hollywood, where celebrities leave their handprints in concrete, our Plaza features digital frames embedded in the ground - beneath bulletproof glass. Each day brings a new rotation of cards showcasing the incredible sets found within the museum. Originally inspired by Piet Mondrian's neoplasticism style with bold primary colors, Discovery Plaza invites you to uncover the stories behind the cards.

The Braves got Hal via the draft from the Red Sox chain. First signed by California, then went to Astros. Led Carolina League in Homers, 1967 and was named to TOPPS Class A All-Eastern team. Caught 24 inning game at Houston, 4-15-68, tying a record. Hal pitched in three games in 1965.

Walt attained All-Star status in second pro campaign with his 17.5 pt. shooting, brilliant playmaking and strong defensive play. Ranked 3rd in assists (7.9 avg.) and 7th in field goal shooting (50.5%). Walt is an expert at moving the ball!

Tony was a starter his entire career (and earned his first MLB win in that role) until July 2021, when the Reds moved him to the 'pen and watched his peak velocity spike to 98 mph. In his first relief outing, he fired a 1-2-3 inning against the Brewers.

Tom donned a Yankee uniforin after 2 seasons of minor league ball. In '49, his 1st year, he won 12 and lost 9 for Ventura of the California League. Next year he won 17 and lost 8 in 28 games for Binghamton. Tommy showed so much at the '51 Yankee Spring Training Camp that the Yankees bought him from their Kansas City farm team. He fanned 3 in a 1951 World Series relief job.

Dale caught the eye of a Pirate scout while playing High School ball in 1948, and two years later he played 53 games for the Pirates. He finished the 1950 season at Indianapolis and in '51 played for Hollywood and New Orleans. A fine fielder, he's bound to stick in the majors this year. His top batting mark is .291, at New Orleans in 1949.

He's Pete to his team mates, a sound man on defense, a general on power plays. Small in stature, he put in three years at Buffalo as prelude to NHL chance. Now he's take-charge guy, a hero of Stanley Cup win in 1960-61.

Earlier figures show his batting ability. For Boston in 1950 he hit .273 and .280 in 1951. Stole 89 bases with Montreal in 1949, an International League record.

Hoot got in 99 games for the 1953 edition of the Boston Red Sox, hitting .240. He had 10 doubles, 1 triple and 11 homers and batted in 31 runs. Hoot was traded to the Red Sox from the Detroit Tigers after the 1952 season got under way. Was in a total of 107 games that year with a .264 average. In 1950 he established an American League record for fielding percentages with .9970. He hit .323 in 1...

The smooth throwing righthander uses a variety of pitches to keep the batters off stride. Dave features a fastball, curve, slider, change-up and palm-ball. Completely recovered from arm trouble, Dave will be a big winner for Houston in 1966. Dave led the PCL with 7 shutouts in 1963

We're not sure what's more impressive, that Jefferson sets higher and higher bars for himself each year, or that he keeps clearing them. The First Team All-Pro had a ridiculous 1,806 receiving yards in 2022. Along the way, he broke the Vikings' single-season record of 1,632 set by Hall of Famer Randy Moss.

1909 T206 Set cards have been heavily reprinted and even reprints of the more popular cards like Honus Wagner and Ty Cobb can sell for $10 or more.

Hank capped a long career in baseball in 1952 by having his best season in the majors, and winning the title of National League's Most Valuable Player. He was the co-holder of the home run title with 37 and he led in runs batted in with 121. He has been in baseball since 1937, shuttling between the majors and the minors. His previous major league club was Cincinnati.

Talk about "old faithful," Bill led Minnesota in rushing last year again. The powerhouse back holds the club records for career yardage in rushing and with 40 TD's scored. Bill was acquired in a trade from the Chicago Bears. Bill was 2nd in the N.F.L. with 11 touchdowns in 1968.
