Discovery Plaza is the 1000 square foot forecourt leading to the Card Cyber Museum - a daily exhibition of 60 sports cards waiting to be discovered beneath your feet! Inspired by the forecourt of the TCL Chinese Theatre in Hollywood, where celebrities leave their handprints in concrete, our Plaza features digital frames embedded in the ground - beneath bulletproof glass. Each day brings a new rotation of cards showcasing the incredible sets found within the museum. Rask was outstanding in backstopping Finland to bronze medals at the 2006 World Junior Championships in British Columbia. He had a 2.11 GAA and .940 save percentage and was named the netminder on the tournament all-star team.

Tampa Bay hitting coach Chad Mottola has seen a lot over his 30-plus years in the game. Yet Sept. 30, 2023, was a new one. Following an explosive batting-practice round in Toronto, Caminero received a standing ovation. "[He's] just that electric," Mottola said. "I don't know if I've seen somebody hit the ball consistently as hard as he does."

Carl, a wily and popular pitcher, was the only National Leaguer to enter the pitching Hall of Fame via the no-hit route in 1952. His big day came on June 19 when he shut out the Cubs without a hit.. His percentage of .700 placed him near the top and his earned run average of 2.70 tied him for the fourth lowest in the league. He's been in baseball since 1946.

Terry Labonte knows what it takes to win the Winston Cup points title. After all, he won the crown back in 1984. Labonte has finished outside of the final top ten only four times in the last 11 W.C. seasons. After 18 races in 1994, he stood 13th. At the same point in '95, Labonte has improved to ninth and added 201 points.

Ron Stone: Ron is a left-handed outfielder who stands 6'2" and weighs 175 pounds. The last two years, Ron played for Rochester in the International League. He has been playing pro ball since 1963. Shuttled to the Cubs in a trade in 1949.

Bob is regarded by experts as the top performer in the game today. Last season, he roared back after suffering a broken wrist to lead the Hawks to the Western Division Championship. In his Freshman season, Bob won the Rookie of the Year award and he topped the loop in total points in 1955-56.

Ernie spent six full seasons with New York Yankees and in 1942 led AL pitchers in winning percentage with .808 (21 wins and 5 losses) and shutouts with 6. He also tied for most complete games. He was traded to Pirates at end of 1946 campaign. Last season with Bucs he had a record of 6 wins and 10 losses. He has been in three World's Series.

The veteran relief specialist was dealt to the Phillies on December 15, 1966.

There's a lot of power in Gus' bat, and he is a constant home run threat. He began the 1952 season with Pittsburgh's Pacific Coast League team, Hollywood. He got in 17 games for the Stars, batting .297. He was called up by the Pirates where he got in 131 games, hit .250, had 16 home runs. Spent 1951 with Pittsburgh and tied for the National League lead in triples with 12.

Luther comes to the Royals with great credentials although handicapped at Xavier by poor support by teammates. Has good touch from the floor, scored 29 pts. vs. Philadelphia during the first week of the season. Luther's .552 floor average at Xavier set a record!

You know you're awesome when the franchise records you break already belonged to you in the first place. Allen truly outdid himself (emphasis on "himself") in 2021 by setting a Chargers single-season mark with 106 receptions. The wide receiver held the previous team standard with 104 in 2019.

The righthander's third season with the Angels was his finest as he tied teammate Dean Chance with 10 complete games. The workhorse of the staff, Fred led California in innings pitched. Fred won 12 consecutive ballgames in 1962

Who had the toughest job in hockey last season? One could argue that it was Craig who spent much of the year dodging pucks from all angles. He played in a career high 63 games and earned all but three of the Senators' 14 victories.
