Discovery Plaza is the 1000 square foot forecourt leading to the Card Cyber Museum - a daily exhibition of 60 sports cards waiting to be discovered beneath your feet! Inspired by the forecourt of the TCL Chinese Theatre in Hollywood, where celebrities leave their handprints in concrete, our Plaza features digital frames embedded in the ground - beneath bulletproof glass. Each day brings a new rotation of cards showcasing the incredible sets found within the museum. Originally inspired by Piet Mondrian's neoplasticism style with bold primary colors, Discovery Plaza invites you to uncover the stories behind the cards.

TARZAN was thrown into the bull ring by mad hunters who hoped he would meet his death. TARZAN was set to spring as the huge bull thundered toward him. At the last instant, he leaped over the animal's back and the bull crashed into the arena wall. The bull was dead and TARZAN was safe!

Averaging 8.68 yards gained per toss, Bart Starr was again one of the top quarterbacks. His passes led Green Bay to Super Bowl victory. Bart was the NFL's Most Valuable Player in 1966.

Milano has made interceptions before, just none like the one he did against the Titans in Week 2 of the 2022 season. He picked off a pass, stumbled a bit after securing the ball and then gathered himself to take off for his first career pick-six. The linebacker ran it back 43 yards during a 41-7 win.

Led the NBA in PTS and RPG to carry Minneapolis to the NBA Championship. Had 26 PTS and 15 REB in the NBA All-Star Game. Collected 61 PTS and 36 REB, both career highs, on Jan. 20th versus Rochester. All-NBA First Team.

A Dodger immortal, Jackie won the N.L. batting crown in '49. A great base runner, he was stolen base king twice. His fine playing helped Brooklyn win the '53 Series.

Don had a good year at the plate in '58 and there are indications that this year will be even better for him. On the Japanese tour after the '58 season, he hit a cool .385, Don led the N. L. in Assists and Double Plays in 1957. Don's nickname is the "Blazer".

In his first taste of the big leagues in 2001, Brent refused to be intimidated. He homered at Boston in his initial tilt, and hit .351 with runners in scoring position on the year. Brent is a scrappy player who should excel in the No. 2 spot in the batting order. As a prepster in Atlanta, he was named National High School Athlete of the Year.

Ralph was the Rockets' leading scorer in 1971-72, he had 5th highest scoring average in the ABA & his 2300 points were 4th most in loop. In 1st pro game he scored 28 points with 11 of 21 from floor & 6 from line. Also he had 4 assists in game. Ralp attends college in the off-season.

The #1 draft choice of the Miami Dolphins in 1968, Larry is a hard-running, rough-blocking fullback. At Syracuse, he eclipsed school rushing records held by former collegians such as Jim Brown, Floyd Little and the late Ernie Davis. In college, Larry gained 216 yds. in a game vs. West Virginia.

AImost completely ambidextrous, Kendall can go to the hole off either foot and finish with either hand. Hours of off-season weight training also have helped turn Kendall into a premier shooting guard. New Generation Jammer Kendall Gill

Kevin is poised to make a significant impact in 2025 after debuting for the Cubs the previous September. The organization's number six prospect per MLB Pipeline, he has an enticing power/speed blend.

Jim never seemed to reach his potential with the Maple Leafs, but when involved in a trade with Chicago that brought Pierre Pilote to the Leafs, he caught fire and had his best season. A strong skater and good checker, Jim has become a mainstay with the Black Hawks.

In general, Piedmont and Sweet Caporal card backs are the easiest to find in the 1909 T206 Set.

Leading the Tigers in Homers, Ray hit more round trippers in '53 than in his 3 previous seasons combined! Breaking into pro ball with Wausau in '42, he hit .306 and spent the next three years in Service. In 87 games with Oklahoma City in '48, Ray batted .355 and joined the Indians that season. With Cleveland in '50 he hit .301. Ray was hitting .241 when Cleveland traded him to Detroit in '53. W...

A four-sport star in high school, Phil led his baseball team to the state finals in his junior year when he pitched a no-hitter and lost by a 2-0 score. Phil played semipro ball in the Kentucky-Indiana Collegiate League before signing with Tribe. Phil was an artilleryman in the army.

The cards from the 1909 T206 Set have steadily increased in value over the years.

Jazic played one season at Dalhousie University in Halifax, Nova Scotia, and helped the Tigers win their first national championship in 1996. Before joining MLS, he played in Croatia, Austria and Russia, and in June 2006, he signed with Los Angeles. In January 2009, he was traded to Chivas USA.

While the 1909 T206 Set cards are the most popular, the ATC’s T205 and T207 sets are significantly rarer.

Joins the ranks of managers in 1952. Eddie's inspirational play at second, plus his ability to get on base in the clutch, did a lot toward winning the pennant for the 1951 Giants. Hit .247 in 145 games. Drew 127 walks, had 43 R.B.I.'s. His base hits (127) include 14 homers, 17 doubles.

Pitched 7 innings for Win vs. Brewers, 4-14-82. Retired last 19 batters in Complete Game Win, 5-28-82.

Recovering from a sore shoulder, Gary had a fine season for the Philadelphia Phillies in 1968 as he picked up eight "saves" and four wins. They say Gary is as fast as anyone in the league. Gary has a college degree in Zoology.

Williams ranks as one of baseball's all-time greats. Returning from Korean service last year, he hit .407 and had a tremendous slugging average of .901. Four times Ted has led league in hitting, including .406 in 1941. He holds numerous major league records and twice was "Most Valuable Player" in American League. Ted has lifetime batting average of .348.

Parker is shaping up as a great find. Never his team's rushing leader at UNC, he went undrafted but won a shot with the 2004 Steelers and produced (including a 102-yard game in the finale) whenever handed the ball. He had a rush of 10 yards or longer in every game where he had at least one carry.

Transferring from a major college power to another, Williams hit the ground running when he arrived in Tuscaloosa. The junior from Ohio State produced a 94-yard touchdown catch in his first game with the Crimson Tide on Sept. 4, 2021 against Miami. His four TD catches of 70-plus yards set a season record for Alabama.

Mel is a good pitcher. He was in 33 games in 1952. He's been in baseball since 1941. Hit the majors at the beginning of the 1947 season; again in 1948 to stay. 1949 was Mel's best season. Won 25 games, the most in the league; pitched the most innings 295. Pitched 27 complete games, the most in the league, also; and his earned run average of 2.78 was the lowest.

Danny is a former winner of the Calder Trophy as NHL Rookie of the Year, and is one of the most consistent scorers in the game. He serves as captain of the Red Wings. Danny is one of the few NHLers from New Brunswick, Canada.

Gehringer began his professional baseball career with the London Club in 1924. He entered the majors in 1925 with the Detroit Tigers with which team he is now playing.

Played in 130 games for the White Sox last season. Got 113 hits, batted in 30 runs, and had an average of 247. Discovered by scouts of the Athletics while playing independent ball around home. With Lancaster, Inter-State League, 1945-47. With Lincoln, Western League, 1948, hitting .311. Came up to the A's in 1949. Acquired by the White Sox in October of that year. A hustling player.

Earl Hamilton, left-handed pitcher of the St. Louis American League Club, was born at Oswego, Kansas, July 19, 1892, and played his first professional ball with the Springfield Club, of the Western Association, in 1909. One of the League's top extra base belters, George was dynamite in the Minors before joining the Braves in '55. Three times he led his league in Hits, Doubles and Runs Batted In, and had a spectacular .345 mark. he became a regular with Big Flu sidelined. George led N.L. first basemen in homers.
