Name that player!

In two seasons Bill proved that he is headed for stardom in the NHL. He just missed Rookie-of-the-Year honors, finishing second in 1972-73. Bill has what the scouts call "hockey sense". The puck often seems to follow him around. He's a good skater and a very accurate shot. Nine of his goals last year came while the Flyers had a man advantage.

Drafted first by Philadelphia last season, Bernie Parent came through in spades as he and fellow goalie Doug Favell led the Flyers to the West Division championship. Bernie's a product of the Boston organization.

Led Flyers in goals last season with 46. Also paced the team with 13 power play tallies. Captained his junior club, and twice led junior league in goal scoring.
